Sudhir Mandke Group established the Mandke Human Happiness Foundation (MHHF), a charitable trust, in the year 2001. The trust is formed to serve the society particularly in the field of education, along with its various other activities.

The liberalization of the Indian economy and globalisation of education has made it necessary for a paradigm shift in education in order to make it demand driven. It is mainly related to providing quality education to population both in urban and rural areas. There is an increased need to revamp education through revision of curriculum, co–operative programs which create a work force suitable to meet the needs of the industry and society. The need to train people for self-employment is also evident as the jobs in the industry are shrinking.

To deal with this situation and to cater to the need of the society for quality education, the trust has started many educational and research institutes.
